You don't need to spend money on ubers to get to side events or think about logistics. We do our best to keep the hype out: the talks are about what actually works, so the room fills with builders, not tourists.

SaaStanak is hosted in Amadria Park resort in Šibenik. Šibenik is a unique Dalmatian town with plenty of UNESCO sites, great restaurants and a chill taste of Croatian coast. We recommend our guests to stay at the resort to get the full SaaStanak experience.

SaaStanak starts with a day 0 event on May 23rd and ends on noon of 26th. If you're staying for the night of 26-27th, use the time for some exploring of city of Šibenik! Reach out to us if you need a guide.

Best way to Amadria Park is to land in Split or Zadar airports, both are under an hour away from the venue. From there, you can take a taxi to the venue. We recommend using Konfi to get matched with other attendees arriving at the same time to split the bill and meet new people.

SaaStanak is designed for social interactions, although we don't force it on anyone. Attendees spend a lot of time together, so in most cases you come out with actual friends and people you can call on.

We pack the schedule with plenty of interesting talks, but we also reserve time for networking. Conference days will feature two slots of roundtables, and you can use our conference concierge, Konfi, to match with other attendees similar to you.

After the conference schedule, we host parties and social events in the resort. 2027 will feature dinner bookings through Konfi so you can match with a similar crowd and grab dinner together.

Lunch on Day 1 and Day 2 is included for every ticket holder, along with coffee breaks on both days (coffee, tea, soft drinks, and something sweet). Water is free all day at the fountains. If you book your room at Hotel Ivan through our offer, breakfast is included too.

Dinners aren’t included, but you can book dinners at the resort with other attendees, at your own cost.

Some side events and sponsor parties also come with free drinks and meals. Watch for announcements, or ask Konfi what’s on.

Boat tour and wine tasting side events are off-schedule curated social events usually organized by our sponsors. They are not guaranteed as a Regular pass ticket perk, but if you fit a sponsor profile, you might get an invite.

If you want to make sure you get in on the side events, get a VIP pass. They are limited & pricey, but worth it.

SaaStanak is a social and friendly community, and plenty of business has been done here in the past. If you have the right approach and deliver value to attendees, yes, you will find new business here. If you're just looking to pitch everyone, you probably won't get much success.

Other discounts involve sponsor or speaker promo codes that are shared closer to the event and usually don't amount to more than 10%.

Hosting an event of this scale & quality is insanely expensive, and with lunches and beverages included in your ticket, we're doing our best to keep the price reasonable.
There are no free tickets unless a partner bought them and offered them to their customers. So no handouts - we value our ticket holders, and if you buy a ticket with us, we don't make a fool of you by giving a free one to someone else.
